● Structure
The structure is made of 6063-T5 raw aluminum profiles. It features a multi-chamber design, with PA66 insulation strips filled inside the chambers to prevent heat conduction. The insulation performance is enhanced by over 40% compared to ordinary profiles, effectively reducing air conditioning energy consumption.
● Sealing System
The system is equipped with three automotive-grade EPDM sealing strips, combined with an equal-pressure drainage hole design. The water tightness meets the standards of GB/T7106-2019 at level 8, capable of withstanding 12-level typhoon and heavy rain attacks; the air sound insulation is ≥ 32 dB, effectively isolating external noises and creating a quiet indoor environment.
● Hardware System
Equipped with German concealed hinges, each door panel can bear a load of up to 120kg. It supports suspension at any angle ranging from 0 to 90 degrees. The surface has undergone electrostatic painting for corrosion prevention. The salt spray test duration is ≥ 1000 hours, ensuring stable operation even in the humid environment of a lake residence.
● Glass Configuration
Standard configuration includes 5 + 20A + 5mm double tempered insulating glass. Optional features include argon gas filling + Low-E coating. The shading coefficient Sc is ≤ 0.5. This helps reduce heat loss in winter and blocks ultraviolet rays and infrared radiation in summer, enhancing living comfort.
Upward-swinging sliding window
When upward-swinging, it does not occupy indoor space. The curtains can open and close normally, and the lifting clothes hanger will not conflict with it. It has good safety features. In the upward-swinging state, people outside the window are difficult to enter, and children playing near the window are less likely to fall. The ventilation and air exchange are natural. The wind enters from the side of the window and does not directly blow on the body. During light winds and light rain, rainwater is not easily splashed into the room.
Suitable for high-rise buildings. It is often used in bathrooms, glass facades and other public places. It is also suitable for areas in the home that require long-term ventilation but are concerned about safety and rainwater entry.
Definition and Opening Method: The hinge of the upward-swinging sliding window is installed on the upper side of the window. By default, it opens outward. It can either be fully opened like a sliding window or pushed outward to the bottom to achieve an upward-swinging opening at an angle.
